We are looking for a Purchase Assistant - Hospital to join our team at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Private Limited. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Execution: Draft, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with the hospital’s purchasing policies.
Quotation Management: Source quotations from multiple vendors, prepare comparative statements, and assist management in negotiating the best prices and payment terms.
Vendor Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, resolve delivery discrepancies, and monitor vendor performance.
Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels (ROL/Min-Max), generate MIS reports, and alert management about critical medical supplies to prevent stockouts.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all medical goods are procured as per the hospital’s formulary and maintain proper documentation for internal and statutory audits.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/BSc Pharma and 6 months - 2 years of experience.
