Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure all quality parameters are met according to company and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards within the production area.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to address quality issues.
Support implementation of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, and GMP practices.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Report non-conformances and suggest process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in quality control within the food industry (freshers may also apply).
Good understanding of food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
