We are looking for a QC Chemist who will be responsible for performing application-specific testing, ensuring raw material & finished goods quality, and supporting the development of our new application lab. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control (QC) Testing
Conduct QC testing of finished goods such as binders, emulsions, coatings, and adhesives.
Maintain accurate test reports, COAs, and QC documentation.
2. Application Lab Testing (Based on Industry Segment)
Perform application-specific tests for Textiles, Paints, and Printing & Packaging (training will be provided).
Evaluate performance parameters such as viscosity, film properties, adhesion, coating behaviour, and resistance tests depending on the application.
3. Lab Operations
Maintain laboratory equipment, samples, and testing supplies.
Prepare standard test panels, fabric samples, and coated surfaces.
Assist in developing SOPs for various application tests.
4. Support to R&D Department
Provide routine QC support to free up R&D resources.
Share testing feedback and observations with the R&D team.
Required Skills & Profile
B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Polymer / Industrial Chemistry preferred).
0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome; training will be provided).
Basic understanding of polymers, emulsions, or lab testing is a plus.
Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
Eagerness to learn and grow in application testing.
