Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technicians to join our team in Chennai. We have openings for both In-Lab (Sitting) and Home Collection roles. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in laboratory operations, diagnostic testing, and phlebotomy (blood sample collection). The candidates must be committed to delivering accurate test results while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and laboratory safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy) safely and efficiently in the lab or at patient locations.

• Carry out routine laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests as per standard protocols.

• Prepare, label, process, and handle patient specimens accurately.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Record and update patient reports accurately in the laboratory information system.

• Follow laboratory quality control procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the laboratory.

• Assist in troubleshooting and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institute.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician or Phlebotomist in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic laboratory.

• Strong expertise in phlebotomy and specimen handling.

• A valid two-wheeler driving license and vehicle are preferred for home collection roles.

• Good knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and quality standards.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and patient-handling skills.
