Job Summary

We are looking for a Sitting Phlebotomist for our diagnostic center at Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for blood sample collection at the center, ensuring patient comfort, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection at the diagnostic center

• Ensure correct patient identification and test requisition verification

• Label, store, and handle samples as per SOPs

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards

• Provide courteous and professional patient care

• Maintain daily records and phlebotomy logs

• Coordinate with lab technicians and front desk staff

• Handle bio-medical waste as per guidelines

Eligibility & Requirements

• DMLT / BMLT / Certified Phlebotomy course

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Good vein-finding and patient-handling skills

• Knowledge of NABL standards is an added advantage

• Willingness to work in assigned shifts

• Good communication skills

Work Timings

• Day Shift (as per center requirement)
