Job Description – Phlebotomist (Home Collection)

Location: Delhi ( Kakrla Dwarka , Rohini , Shakti Nagar , West Vinod Nagar , Noida )
Position: Phlebotomist – Home Collection
Experience: 1 – 3 Years preferred
Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / Relevant Phlebotomy Certification

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to perform home blood sample collection while ensuring accurate, safe, and patient-friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients at their homes and collect blood and other diagnostic samples.

• Perform venipuncture and sample collection using proper techniques.

• Properly label, handle, store, and transport collected samples.

• Ensure samples are collected and delivered within the required timelines.

• Follow infection-control, hygiene, and safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate patient and sample-related documentation.

• Handle patients professionally and explain the collection procedure when required.

• Report any sample-related issues or collection difficulties to the concerned team.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
  

Job Requirements

• DMLT / BMLT / Phlebotomy certification or relevant qualification.

• Prior experience in blood/sample collection preferred.

• Good knowledge of venipuncture and sample-handling procedures.

• Must have a personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler for home visits.

• Valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas of Delhi.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple home-collection visits efficiently
