In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month + Exciting Benefits & Growth Opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Sample Testing & Reporting: Conduct various clinical tests, analyze samples with high accuracy, and generate detailed laboratory reports.
Medication Management: Prepare and dispense medications with precision, and educate patients on proper dosage, usage, and potential side effects.
Inventory & Equipment Care: Maintain lab instruments, oversee pharmacy inventory, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Safety & Quality Standards: Strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene measures, and healthcare quality standards.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Techniques (DMLT / BMLT).
Experience & Mobility: 1 to 5 years of experience. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.
Essential Skills: Sharp attention to detail, strong knowledge of medical terminology, and expertise in handling lab equipment and medications.
Bonus: Professional certification in a relevant healthcare field is a strong plus!
