Salary: ₹20,000 In-hand + ₹23,926 CTC + ₹70 per visit

About the Role

Credent Connect N Care Limited is hiring experienced and skilled Home Collection Phlebotomists to manage field sample collection services across Mumbai locations. The role involves visiting patients’ homes for blood sample collection while ensuring quality, hygiene, and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients at home and assigned field locations

• Follow proper venipuncture procedures and safety protocols

• Maintain sample labeling, packaging, and transportation standards

• Ensure timely sample collection as per assigned route/slots

• Maintain patient records and collection reports accurately

• Follow infection control and biomedical waste disposal guidelines

• Coordinate with lab and operations team for smooth sample delivery

• Maintain professional behavior and patient-friendly communication

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in phlebotomy / sample collection

• Certification or Diploma in Phlebotomy / MLT / DMLT preferred

• Experience in home collection will be an added advantage

• Good communication and patient handling skills

• Willingness to travel within assigned field areas

• Two-wheeler preferred (if field mobility required)
