Location: Surat, Gujarat
Position: Pharmacy Manager
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
About the Role
Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala is looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth pharmacy operations, inventory management, customer service, sales coordination, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Ensure proper dispensing and handling of Ayurvedic medicines and products.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Maintain stock records, expiry tracking, and minimize product wastage.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage and organization of medicines and pharmacy products.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product-related queries.
Coordinate with doctors and treatment center staff for medicine requirements.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and support initiatives to improve sales.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professional standards within the pharmacy.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and company policies.
Train and supervise pharmacy staff, if applicable.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma in Pharmacy (Ayurveda) or relevant qualification preferred.
3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations or pharmacy management.
Experience in inventory and stock management.
Knowledge of billing and pharmacy management systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good leadership and team management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of pharmacy operations.
Experience with Ayurvedic medicines/products will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
