Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Shift: General Shift

Qualification

• B.Pharm / D.Pharm

• Valid and active Pharmacy License is mandatory

• Relevant experience in clinic/hospital pharmacy will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic pharmacy.

• Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and ensure proper medicine handling.

• Maintain medicine inventory, stock levels, expiry checks, and reorder requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of inward/outward stock and medicine consumption.

• Handle pharmacy billing and maintain billing-related documentation.

• Coordinate with the clinic/lab team regarding medicine and consumable requirements.

• Ensure proper storage and organization of medicines as per applicable guidelines.

• Monitor near-expiry and expired medicines and maintain necessary records.

• Maintain pharmacy registers, invoices, purchase records, and stock documentation.

• Support smooth coordination between the pharmacy, clinic, and laboratory operations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and prescriptions.

• Strong inventory and stock management skills.

• Basic computer and billing knowledge.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage pharmacy operations independently.
