Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and registered Pharmacist to join our team. The candidate must hold a valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council Registration/License and have at least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setup. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medicines, maintaining inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing patient counselling. Haryana registration is a common eligibility requirement for pharmacist roles in the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor's prescriptions.

• Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.

• Counsel patients regarding medicine usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.

• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry records.

• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, and company SOPs.

• Maintain pharmacy records and documentation.

• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for medication-related queries.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of medicines.

• Monitor controlled drugs and maintain statutory registers.

• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Eligibility

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).

• Valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council Registration (License) is mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist.

• Good knowledge of medicines, inventory management, and pharmacy software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GST billing and pharmacy management software.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
