Job Title: Pharmacist

Industry: Eye Hospital

Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our Eye Hospital team in Ashok Nagar. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines accurately, maintaining pharmacy inventory, verifying prescriptions, and guiding patients on the proper use of eye medications while ensuring compliance with hospital and pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense medicines as per doctor's prescription.

Verify prescriptions, dosage, and medicine details before dispensing.

Explain the correct usage of eye drops, tablets, and ointments to patients.

Maintain pharmacy stock, inventory, and expiry records.

Ensure proper storage of medicines.

Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for medicine availability.

Maintain billing and pharmacy documentation.

Follow hospital policies and pharmacy regulations.

Eligibility

D.Pharm / B.Pharm

Valid Pharmacy Council Registration

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
