Position

Pharmacist (Experienced/Fresher)

Pharmacy Aide

Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Location

Bangalore

Working Hours

9-hour rotational shift

Shift timings between 7:30 AM and 10:30 PM

One weekly off

Job Responsibilities

Maintain pharmacy operations and ensure a clean, organized store.

Handle prescriptions and recommend suitable substitute medicines when required.

Guide customers on the proper usage, dosage, and storage of medicines.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.

Receive, arrange, and rotate stock while handling expired or damaged products.

Perform computer billing and verify transactions accurately.

Support cashier and billing activities as required.

Deliver excellent customer service while complying with pharmacy standards.

Eligibility

Basic English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications vary by role:

Pharmacist: B.Pharm/D.Pharm (KSPC/PCI requirements as applicable).

Pharmacy Aide: SSLC/PUC/Any Degree with retail medical store experience.

CSA: SSLC/PUC/Any Degree (Freshers can apply).
