Pharmacist

Location: - Andheri, Mumbai
Department: Retail Pharmacy
Company: One Health Assist
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Rotational Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Retail Executive to manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations, ensure smooth customer service, and maintain accurate dispensing and inventory practices. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of medicines, retail handling, and patient/customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle retail pharmacy counter and assist customers with prescribed and OTC medicines
Ensure accurate dispensing as per prescription under pharmacist supervision (if required)
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking of medicines
Coordinate with vendors for stock ordering and replenishment
Maintain billing, records, and daily sales reports
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Follow compliance, safety, and company SOPs

Requirements:

Bachelor/Diploma in Pharmacy or relevant healthcare/retail experience
1–3 years experience in retail pharmacy/healthcare store preferred
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel
Understanding of medicine inventory and retail operations
