Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing, inventory, and vendor coordination at the Emedix Head Office. The candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and software handling.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle Purchase & Sales Billing using Marg Software
● Maintain and update Inventory Management records
● Manage medicine-wise vendor and franchisee coordination
● Track and manage expiry medicines (vendor & franchisee-wise)
● Generate and maintain GST reports
● Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation
● Coordinate with internal teams and franchise partners for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria
● Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
● Experience: Relevant experience in pharmacy/medical sector preferred
Mandatory Requirements
● Strong working knowledge of Marg Software
● Good understanding of medicines and pharmacy sector
● Must own a bike for field coordination
● Should be comfortable with travelling when required
