Position: Pathology Operations & Sample Coordination Executive
Location: Shivalik / Malviya Nagar, New Delhi
Qualification: BMLT / DMLT or relevant Pathology/Laboratory background
Experience: Freshers, Interns & Experienced Candidates – All Welcome

About the Role

D+ Diagnocare is looking for dynamic, responsible and proactive individuals to join our growing pathology operations team.

The role involves coordinating samples, patients, phlebotomists, laboratory teams and reporting workflows while supporting smooth day-to-day pathology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate samples from collection to processing and reporting
• Coordinate with patients, phlebotomists, technicians and internal teams
• Assist in sample receiving, identification, segregation and routing
• Track pending samples, tests and reports and ensure timely follow-up
• Understand basic test and sample requirements
• Support laboratory documentation and LIS/digital workflows
• Identify delays or operational issues and coordinate timely resolution
• Maintain proper communication and task closure
• Support the pathology team in day-to-day operational activities

Who Are We Looking For?

• Quick learners with a willingness to learn new processes
• Responsible & detail-oriented while handling samples and information
• Good coordinators with strong communication skills
• Proactive and capable of taking ownership of assigned work
• Tech-friendly and comfortable with digital/LIS systems
• Team players who can work effectively in a fast-paced diagnostic environment

Freshers / Interns

BMLT/DMLT students, interns and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior experience is not mandatory.

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with experience in pathology laboratories, diagnostic centres, sample coordination, phlebotomy coordination or laboratory operations are also welcome.
