The MIS Executive is responsible for preparing reports, maintaining purchase data, stock records, and supporting the purchase department using Advanced Excel and MIS reporting tools. The role includes data analysis, report preparation, and coordination with store, accounts, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain purchase records in Excel.
Prepare stock and consumption reports.
Generate vendor reports.
Maintain department data.
2. Advanced Excel Work
Use Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF).
Prepare data sheets and reports.
Maintain purchase tracker.
Prepare comparison sheets.
Data analysis and summary report.
3. Purchase Department Support
Maintain purchase order records.
Update inward and outward data.
Check rate comparison sheet.
Maintain vendor list.
Follow-up for pending orders.
4. Store & Stock Coordination
Coordinate with store department.
Check stock report.
Update issue & receive data.
Maintain item master.
5. Accounts Coordination
Share purchase data with accounts.
Check invoice details.
Maintain bill record.
Support audit work.
6. Documentation
Maintain files and records.
Prepare monthly reports.
Keep soft copy & hard copy data.
7. Other Duties
Follow office rules.
Maintain data confidentiality.
Support management report work.
