ALJ operates across Haryana, Punjab, New Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan through Clinical Labs, Patient Service Centers, and Collection Points. The organization has collaborated with various State Health Departments and continues to expand its team of expert Pathologists, Microbiologists, Technicians, and Phlebotomists.

Role Overview : We are looking for a Lab Technician to support diagnostic testing by handling lab equipment, processing samples, and generating accurate reports while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyze samples.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

• Ensure proper sample handling, labeling, and storage.

• Prepare and maintain accurate test records and reports.

• Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.

• Coordinate with the lab team to ensure timely test processing.

Requirements / Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent qualification in Laboratory Sciences.

• 3–6 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory, hospital, or pathology lab preferred.

• Sound knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample processing, and diagnostic equipment.

• Familiarity with quality control standards and lab safety protocols.

• Basic computer proficiency for report generation and data entry.

• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in test results.
