Lab Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure product quality as per company standards

• Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

• Maintain proper documentation and quality records

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards

• Handle internal audits and support external audits

• Identify quality issues and take corrective & preventive actions

• Coordinate with production team to maintain quality parameters

• Perform basic lab testing and analysis

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed in the plant
  Work in Packaged Drinking Water Unit

  ✔️ Water Testing

  ✔️ RO & UV Monitoring

  ✔️ BIS and FSSAI Compliance

  ✔️ Lab Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality (FMCG/Beverage preferred)

• Knowledge of quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Attention to detail
