Job Title: Clinical Specialist

Locations: Lucknow, Varanasi, Dehradun

Experience: 1–4 Years (Open to Freshers with strong academic backgrounds)

Role Objective

As a Clinical Specialist, you will serve as an essential technical bridge between Innovious Healthcare and the medical community. You will provide real-time clinical and technical assistance to surgeons and O.T. staff during complex surgical procedures, using advanced medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•

Intra-Operative Support: Provide expert technical assistance to surgeons inside the Operation Theater (O.T.) during live cases to ensure procedural success and best patient outcomes.

•

Product Expertise: Maintain mastery of specialized portfolios for healthcare specialties such as Interventional Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Liver Transplant, Surgical Gastroenterology, Surgical Oncology, Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery, Neuro Anesthesia, Urology, Critical Care etc.

Pre-Case Coordination: Ensure all capital equipment/ machines, devices and consumables are sterile, calibrated, and ready prior to surgical procedures.

•

Doctor Engagement: Provide essential case support through technical assistance, product demonstrations and training to surgeons, nursing staff and resident doctors.

•

Territory Coverage: Support clinical cases across assigned regions in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Candidate Requirements

•

Education: B.Tech (Biomedical), B.Sc/M.Sc (Life Sciences, Nursing), B.Pharma, or Diploma in O.T. Technology (DOTT).

•

Aptitude: Must possess the presence of mind and composure required for a high-pressure surgical environment.

•

Communication: Fluent in Hindi; professional proficiency in English for technical reporting.
