SRISYN LABS – Hiring Chemists

Positions: Process R&D Chemist / Production Chemist
Experience: Freshers to 3 years
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Education: M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

• Execute organic synthesis and process development experiments.

• Perform reaction monitoring and work-up/purification.

• Support process optimization and scale-up activities.

• Handle laboratory and production equipment safely.

• Maintain batch records, laboratory records and experimental data.

• Support kilo-scale/production activities as required.

• Work with the R&D and Production teams to troubleshoot process issues.

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of organic chemistry and chemical reactions.

• Understanding of reaction work-up and purification techniques.

• Basic knowledge of TLC, HPLC .

• Willingness to work in a laboratory/production environment.

• Good documentation and communication skills.

• Candidates with internship/project experience in organic synthesis are welcome.

Experience Levels

• Freshers: 0–1 year

• Junior Chemist: 1–3 years
