Paste Sector Operator – Noida

Job Purpose:
Operate and maintain paste manufacturing machinery as per SOPs, ensuring GMP, safety, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment (mixers, pumps, filling machines).

• Weigh, mix, and process raw materials as per BMR.

• Perform in-process checks and record data accurately.

• Monitor key parameters (temperature, mixing time, viscosity).

• Follow GMP & SOPs; maintain hygiene in work area.

• Assist in line clearance, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.

• Report deviations or breakdowns immediately.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and approvals.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Pharmacy, or related field.

• 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG paste or semisolid manufacturing.

Skills

• Knowledge of GMP & hygiene practices

• Ability to follow BMR/SOPs

• Basic machine operation skills

• Attention to detail & documentation

• Teamwork and adherence to timelines
