Automation Test Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Metallurgic Analyst to examine metals and alloys, perform tests using advanced instruments, and provide accurate data to support production, quality control, and research processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical, physical, and mechanical tests on metals and alloys.

• Analyze material composition using laboratory instruments such as:

• Spectrometer (Optical Emission / XRF)

• Metallurgical Microscope

• Universal Testing Machine (UTM)

• Hardness Tester (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers)

• Thermal Analysis Equipment

• Other relevant laboratory instruments

• Evaluate properties like strength, hardness, corrosion resistance.

• Evaluate microstructure of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.

• Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommend improvements.

• Evaluate failure analysis through optical microscope & SEM.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Stay updated with metallurgical techniques, standards, and advancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related field.

• Prior experience in metallurgical analysis or materials testing is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with metallurgical laboratory instruments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with industry standards and quality assurance protocols.
