We are looking for a Web Developer / UI-UX Designer (Junior WordPress Developer) to join our team at Inovix Tech And Consultancy Private Limited, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Krishnanagar, offering a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time, In-office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders

• Set up, configure, and manage WooCommerce stores for e-commerce clients

• Build responsive, mobile-friendly website layouts and designs

• Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins to extend site functionality

• Analyze data, generate insights, and ensure system accuracy

• Troubleshoot issues and support daily IT operations

• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

• Follow documentation, security, and testing standards

Salary:

• ₹5,000/month for the first month (training period)

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month from the second month onward, based on performance and skill level

Job Requirements:
Candidates must be 18 years or older, with 0–1 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of WordPress development and modern web tools is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
