Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer who can lead the end‑to‑end development and management of client websites. You will oversee projects with the support of a small team of developers, ensuring timely delivery without excessive work pressure. This role emphasizes clear communication, structured workflows, and a balanced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and maintain complete websites for clients based on their requirements.
Coordinate with a team of developers, assigning tasks and reviewing progress as needed.
Serve as the main point of contact between the development team and project stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Manager on project status, timelines, and any challenges.
Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, and meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements post‑launch.
Follow a manageable workflow with reasonable deadlines and minimal pressure.
