Web Developer / UI-UX Designer

We are looking for a Web Developer / UI-UX Designer to join our team at Ecom Cloud Solutions Private Limited, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Learn and work within existing tech stack (specify: e.g., React/Node/whatever current dev uses)

• Pair-program with a senior dev to absorb codebase knowledge

• Fix bugs, build features under code review

• Write basic unit tests for the code you write

• Participate in QA cycles with the part-time QA/QI person

• Document code and processes as you learn them

Must-have skills

• Proficiency in [current stack language — JS/Python/PHP, etc.]

• Git: branching, pull requests, merge conflict resolution

• Basic SQL/database querying

• Understanding of REST APIs

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to Flutter or any mobile framework (not required)

• Basic UI/UX sensibility (can follow a design system)

• Any coursework/projects touching ML or data analysis

• Coachable — this role is 70% learning in month one

• Develop, test, or maintain software applications, databases, or analytical tools

• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

• Follow documentation, security, and testing standards

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate or Post Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of Web (Development), Problem Solving, and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
