Key Responsibilities:
POS Support: Manage day-to-day transactions and fix billing/printer errors immediately.
Power BI (Basic): Refresh dashboards and create simple reports for management.
Hardware Support: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Software Installation: Install and update necessary business apps and Windows/OS.
CCTV: Basic support for camera connectivity and footage retrieval.
Team Communication: Coordinate effectively with the staff to solve technical issues.
Requirements: 🔹 Experience in IT/Desktop Support. 🔹 Basic knowledge of Power BI. 🔹 Hands-on experience with POS systems.
