Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in technical support and digital communication.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of SMS, WhatsApp, and voice call campaigns, resolving technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage SMS, WhatsApp, and voice call campaigns on a daily basis.

• Provide first-level technical support for messaging and communication platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and error-free campaign execution.

• Troubleshoot issues related to message delivery, call connectivity, and platform functionality.

• Assist in configuring messaging templates, scheduling campaigns, and setting up automation workflows.

• Maintain campaign reports and track message and call performance accurately.

• Coordinate with external service providers to resolve technical issues whenever required.

• Maintain proper documentation of campaign records, technical logs, and support activities.

• Stay updated with the latest platform features and communication technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SMS gateways, WhatsApp Business API, and VoIP/calling platforms.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns under deadlines.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to new technologies.

• Basic understanding of internet technologies, web applications, and digital communication tools.

• Familiarity with CRM software or campaign management dashboards is an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or any relevant discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply. Internship or part-time experience of up to one year will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of digital marketing communication tools or campaign management is preferred.
