Technical Assistant

We’re Hiring for 1+ Year experienced Technical Support Role

Mandatory: Excellent Hindi and English communication

We are conducting a face-to-face interview for a Technical Support Engineer role at our Marathahalli location.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role

Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting

Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Provide technical support to end users via calls, emails, or in person

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/Linux) and basic networking problems

Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT operations

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required

Ensure timely resolution and maintain proper documentation of issues

Compensation:

CTC up to ₹5.2 LPA
