About the Role

Cloudwalk is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Understand and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.

• Identify, document, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer queries and resolutions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Work closely with internal teams to improve customer support and product experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of computers, software, the internet, and troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Freshers with good communication and technical aptitude may also apply.
