Position: Technical Support Executive

Location- Surat

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues, as well as providing guidance and support on various technical matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt and efficient on-call, on-premise and electronic technical support to customers

2. Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cyber Security applications

3. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.

4. Document and track customer interactions, including details of issues, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolutions provided.

5. Educate customers on product features and functionality, and provide guidance on best practices for efficient and effective system usage.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Presales, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.

8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources.

9. Participate in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience working in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology-focused company.

2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

3. Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, and basic network troubleshooting.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

5. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

8. Technical certifications (e.g.,CCNA, CEH) are a plus.

9. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or a related field is preferred.
