Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve targets.
Set team goals and monitor individual performance.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Coach team members and provide performance feedback.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Handle team conflicts, escalations, and disciplinary matters.
Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with management on team performance and requirements.
Basic Requirements
1-5 years of proven experience in a Team Lead- Telesales/Field sales
Mandatory: Previous Team Lead experience in the IT and Digital Marketing sales sector.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team.
Experience in setting and achieving team targets and KPIs.
Strong performance-management and people-management skills.
Experience handling team escalations and conflicts.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct team meetings, reviews, and coaching sessions.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and team performance reporting.
Graduate in any discipline.
