Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and user support activities.
The candidate should have knowledge of system configuration, troubleshooting, network management, security, and hardware/software support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and servers
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Manage Windows/Linux servers
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks
Handle user account creation and access permissions
Install and update software applications
Maintain system security, antivirus, and firewall settings
Perform backup and recovery operations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
Support employees with IT-related problems
Monitor CCTV, biometric, and office IT equipment if required
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Required Skills
Knowledge of Windows Server / Linux
Networking basics (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Active Directory & User Management
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Firewall and antivirus management
Backup and recovery knowledge
Remote desktop support
Basic cloud knowledge is an added advantage
