The Software Implementation Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation, adoption, and regular usage of the company’s software across branches. The role will coordinate with branch teams, operations, pickup and delivery staff, and the Head Office IT team to ensure accurate data entry, proper system usage, and timely resolution of software-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Software Implementation & Adoption
Implement and monitor the use of company software across branches.
Ensure branch teams follow software-based processes instead of manual processes.
Train employees on new software features, modules, and process changes.
Monitor whether employees are using the system correctly and consistently.
Branch Coordination
Regularly coordinate with Branch Managers, branch staff, pickup and delivery boys, and operations teams.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry for booking, dispatch, receiving, delivery, POD, and other operational activities.
Identify gaps in software usage and guide branch employees to improve compliance.
Training & Support
Conduct basic software training for new and existing employees.
Explain new features, updates, and process changes to concerned employees.
Provide first-level support for software-related issues faced by branches.
Visit branches when required for software training, implementation, and operational support.
Data & Report Monitoring
Generate and maintain daily operational reports from the software.
Check reports for missing data, incorrect entries, system errors, or unusual results.
Monitor data accuracy and ensure required information is updated by branch teams on time.
Coordinate with Accounts/Finance and Operations teams wherever system data is required.
Issue Identification & Resolution
Identify software-related errors, process gaps, and recurring issues.
Report technical issues to the Head Office/IT Team and follow up until resolution.
Maintain a record of reported issues and their status.
Collect feedback from branch users regarding system performance and usability.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through software and automation.
Suggest improvements based on practical branch-level requirements.
Work with the IT team to communicate operational requirements and improvement suggestions.
Monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented features and processes.
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of logistics, courier, cargo, or PTL operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good data entry, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to understand and explain software processes to non-technical employees.
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel to branches for training and implementation support.
Ability to identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements.
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/courier software, operations software, or a similar system-based role.
Experience in software data entry related to Booking, Dispatch, Receiving, Delivery, POD, or shipment tracking will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in logistics/courier/cargo software implementation or branch-level software support will be preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have both logistics operational knowledge and software handling experience. The candidate must be comfortable coordinating with branch employees, training users, monitoring system usage, preparing reports, identifying errors, and working with the IT team to resolve issues.
