Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of scalable and high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing application architecture, implementing best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Lead technical architecture and ensure scalable, maintainable, and efficient code structure.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect and responsive user interfaces.

• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.

• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or similar.

• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and CI/CD implementation.
