Position: Website Designer & AI Automation Specialist
Job Type: Full Time | Work From Office
Location: Greater Noida / Noida
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (as per skills & experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Website Designer & AI Automation Specialist who can independently manage website design, development, optimization, AI tools, business automation and digital technology requirements.

The candidate should be creative, technically strong and solution-oriented, with the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical websites, systems and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

🌐 Website Design & Development

• Design and develop professional, modern and responsive websites.

• Create business websites, landing pages, service pages and lead-generation pages.

• Work with WordPress, Elementor and other website builders/CMS platforms.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP will be an advantage.

• Improve website speed, UI/UX, mobile responsiveness and overall user experience.

• Manage website hosting, domains, SSL, backups and basic technical issues.

• Install and configure plugins, themes and website integrations.

• Create and maintain forms, pop-ups, WhatsApp buttons, chatbots and lead-generation features.

🤖 AI Tools & AI Integration

• Strong practical knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI tools.

• Use AI for website content, research, coding, design, automation and business processes.

• Create effective prompts and AI-based workflows.

• Integrate AI tools into business operations wherever practically possible.

• Explore and implement new AI tools that improve productivity and reduce manual work.

• Knowledge of AI APIs and AI chatbot integration will be an advantage.

⚙️ Automation & Workflow

• Create business automations using platforms such as:

  • Zapier

  • Make

  • Google Apps Script

  • Webhooks & APIs

  • Google Sheets automation

  • CRM automation

• Automate lead collection and distribution.

• Connect Website → Google Sheets → CRM → Email/WhatsApp → Team workflows.

• Automate customer follow-ups, reminders and notifications.

• Create automated reports and dashboards.

• Integrate different software and online platforms through APIs.

• Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop automation solutions.

📈 SEO & Digital Marketing Support

• Basic to good knowledge of SEO.

• On-page SEO, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking and schema.

• Google Search Console and Google Analytics knowledge.

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads landing pages.

• Website conversion optimization and lead-generation improvement.

• Google Business Profile integration/support will be an advantage.

🔗 API & Integration Knowledge

Candidate should preferably have practical knowledge of:

• REST APIs

• Webhooks

• API keys and authentication

• JSON

• Third-party integrations

• Google Sheets API

• CRM integrations

• Payment gateway integrations

• Email/SMS/WhatsApp API integrations

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain and update existing websites.

• Troubleshoot website and technical issues.

• Coordinate with marketing, accounts and management teams.

• Research new software and technology solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation when required.

• Maintain website security and regular backups.

• Suggest new technology/automation ideas to improve business efficiency.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Important

This is NOT a basic website designer job.

We need a candidate who can handle Website + AI + Automation + Integrations + SEO + Digital Tools and can continuously learn new technologies.

Candidates who have created real websites, automation workflows, AI integrations or business automation projects will be preferred.
