Role Overview
We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our Engineering team and contribute to building immersive VR-based software products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean setup, collaborates effectively, and is driven to deliver robust, high-quality solutions within tight timelines, leveraging best practices and emerging tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate
them into functional solutions
Develop, maintain, and optimize VR applications using Unity
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with sound SDLC practices
Design and implement features to enhance user experience and product
performance
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases
Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and work with web sockets where required
Continuously identify ways to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency
Stay updated with evolving Unity technologies and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Unity development
Strong programming skills in C/C++, with good understanding of Unity’s scripting API and asset pipeline
Familiarity with Git and performance optimization techniques
Understanding of structured development processes and SDLC practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to timelines
Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
High level of integrity, collaboration, and commitment to quality
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow with a lean, high-impact team
