Hiring: Application Operation Executive

We are looking for dynamic and proactive candidates to manage end-to-end operations related to our application platform. This is an operations-focused role ideal for individuals who are smart, solution-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of tasks independently.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day application operations, handling operational challenges, coordinating workflows, and maintaining overall process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily application operations

• Ensure smooth execution of operational processes

• Monitor activities and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Coordinate with internal teams for operational support

• Identify operational gaps and suggest practical solutions

• Maintain process efficiency and operational reporting

• Take complete ownership of assigned operational tasks

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Smart, proactive, and highly responsible individual

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Positive attitude with a go-getter mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Candidates with B.Tech + MBA background will be preferred

• Prior operations or application management experience is a plus
