Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 5+ years of experience in Node.js, React.js, and MySQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend and frontend development, database management, and API integration. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, React Native, Rest Api, and MySQL to create effective solutions.

• Work with MySQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data management. 

• Collaborate with project managers and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through thorough testing and debugging to ensure strong functionality and optimization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring smooth functionality.

• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.

• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, or a related subject.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (preferred)

·        Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

·        Hands-on experience with Express.js, Sequelize, or TypeORM (preferred).

·        Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

• Knowledge of frontend development, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS other web technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to document design processes, including development, tests, analytics, and troubleshooting.
