Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in software development, data analytics, and cloud technologies. The role involves managing end-to-end technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality IT solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software, data, and IT system development projects from planning to deployment

• Oversee application development, backend systems, and web technologies

• Analyze data using tools like Power BI / Tableau, generate insights, and ensure data accuracy

• Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support daily IT and system operations

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, security, and testing protocols

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication

• Drive adoption of modern technologies including AI, ML, and cloud platforms

Job Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Proven experience managing technical and software-driven projects

• Strong hands-on exposure to data, cloud, and backend technologies

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Important Notes:

• This is a senior-level, hands-on technical role, not a purely managerial position

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Salary (₹80,000 – ₹90,000 in-hand) will be based on skills, experience, and interview performance
