Sales Coordinator

Lissomsoft Technologies is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage client communication, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and prospective clients.

• Handle client enquiries and follow up on leads.

• Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Maintain customer details and sales activities in the CRM.

• Track proposals, follow-ups, and order status.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.

• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain documentation.
  

Required Skills:

• Experience in sales coordination or customer handling

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Knowledge of CRM and sales processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Good documentation and organisational skills

• Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams
  

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
