💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Technical Knowledge & Experience)

🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field

🎯 Job Role

We are looking for a technically skilled Project Coordinator (IT Department) to manage and coordinate Network Infrastructure, LAN Cabling, CCTV Surveillance, and IT Infrastructure Projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with project coordination and team management capabilities.

✨ Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate and supervise LAN cabling, network infrastructure, and CCTV installation projects

✅ Manage field technicians, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders

✅ Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements

✅ Monitor installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities

✅ Ensure proper cable routing, termination, labeling, and structured cabling standards

✅ Verify functionality of CCTV systems, DVR/NVRs, IP Cameras, Switches, and Network Devices

✅ Track project progress and maintain project documentation

✅ Prepare status reports and ensure timely project delivery

✅ Resolve on-site technical and operational issues

✅ Manage inventory, equipment deployment, and resource allocation

🎓 Technical Skills Required

✅ Strong knowledge of LAN Networking & Structured Cabling

✅ Knowledge of RJ45 Connectors, Patch Panels, Switches & Network Ports

✅ Understanding of Routers, Connectivity & Network Troubleshooting

✅ CCTV Installation, DVR/NVR Configuration & IP Camera Setup

✅ Site Supervision & Technical Troubleshooting

✅ Vendor & Team Coordination

✅ Documentation & Reporting Skills
