Technical Production Manager – Software Development Lifecycle

Location: Trichy – Work from Office

Experience: 6–10 Years

Working Days: 5 Days per Week

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can drive end-to-end product development and collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the complete product development lifecycle from concept to release.

- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and product priorities.

- Manage product roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

- Identify technical challenges and drive effective solutions.

- Ensure products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in software development.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Strong understanding of Microservices and REST APIs.

- Experience with time-series databases such as OpenSearch, Click House, or Cassandra.

- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their integration into software products.

- Experience working with SaaS and cloud-based platforms.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming.

- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and end-to-end delivery.

- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.

- Ability to balance technical depth with product thinking.

Cloud | SaaS | Infrastructure | Observability | AI/ML

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise combined with product thinking and proven experience in delivering software products from concept to production release.

Interview Process

1. Online Assessment – Assessment link will be valid for 2 days; test duration is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Work Details

- Location: Trichy – Work from Office

- Working Days: 5 days per week

- Work Mode: On-site

- Compensation: Current CTC + up to 30% hike, subject to discussion and negotiation.
