Job Description: Senior MIS Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive to manage and analyze management information systems (MIS) to support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, maintaining data integrity, and providing insights to various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards for different business units.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support management in decision making.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by performing regular audits and validations.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data and present findings to senior management.
Support automation of reports and workflows to improve efficiency.
Train and guide junior MIS team members in data management and reporting techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system issues related to MIS.
Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies for data analysis and reporting.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and management meetings.
