Job Description – MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. • Collect, compile, verify, and analyse data received from various departments and project sites. • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and automated reports. • Prepare project-wise reports related to project progress, generation, operations, costs, manpower, and other key performance indicators. • Coordinate with Project, Operations & Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, HR, and other departments for accurate data collection. • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management meetings. • Analyse business data and provide meaningful insights to support management decision making. • Generate customized reports as per management requirements. • Ensure confidentiality and proper management of organizational data. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, charts, formulas, and data analysis. • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and MIS reporting is mandatory. • Experience with Power BI, dashboards, or data visualization tools will be preferred. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience • 2–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
