Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data management, data analysis, and MIS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Manage, analyze, and maintain large volumes of data using MS Excel.

• Prepare Excel reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking.

• Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.

• Ensure timely submission of all required reports.

• Handle data entry and maintain proper documentation.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams through calls and emails.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.

• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Charts & Dashboards.

• Good data analysis and data management skills.

• Typing speed: 30 WPM+.

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Power BI/Power Query is an advantage.
