Job Summary

Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain databases, and support management in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good analytical abilities, and the capability to handle data accurately in both day and night shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Collect, compile, verify, and maintain data from various departments.

Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

Use MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data filtering.

Monitor team performance, productivity, targets, and operational metrics.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report submission.

Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.

Maintain records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality.

Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Provide regular updates on business performance and operational activities.
