IT Systems Administrator

We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT ecosystem across multiple business units at KMS Group.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience, 5+ preferred

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator (required)

• Hands-on experience with Fortigate firewalls, Commvault/Metallic backup, DLP and endpoint security

What you'll do

• Manage Microsoft 365 users, licensing, security groups and compliance across multiple tenants

• Configure and maintain Fortigate firewall policies and network health

• Handle IT asset management, vendor coordination and hardware/network troubleshooting

• Oversee backup, screen monitoring, DLP and CCTV systems

• Support printers, mobile device management and org-wide software deployment

• Occasionally assist with SEO, digital marketing and social media support during campaigns

Preferred certifications: CISM, Fortinet NSE 4, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, CompTIA A+

Qualification: Minimum Class 12, Bachelor's or Diploma in IT/CS/Electronics preferred
