Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, networking, system administration, and application support/development. The role requires end-to-end ownership of IT operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of internal systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
Networking & Infrastructure
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related issues
System Administration
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Manage Windows/Linux systems, user access, email accounts, and backups
Ensure data security, antivirus, patching, and system updates
Handle IT asset management and documentation
Resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues within defined SLAs
Train employees on basic IT usage, security practices, and tools
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
Experience in networking, system administration, and IT support
Hands-on knowledge of:
Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Windows/Linux OS
Application support or basic development (any language/framework is a plus)
Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, or scripting is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Experience
2–4 years for IT Administrator / Systems Engineer
Experience in NBFC, banking, BFSI, or corporate environments is a plus
