IT Support Coordinator / Call Coordinator
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer support calls, emails, and service requests.
Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and basic issue diagnosis.
Offer remote technical support to customers whenever possible.
Log, track, and update service requests in the CRM system.
Assign and coordinate service calls with field engineers based on priority and location.
Monitor service tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and closure.
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily service reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with the technical team for pending or escalated issues.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM or service management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in IT support, service coordination, help desk, or customer support.
